2) The brain finishes developing at 25 years old (that’s why the cost of insurance drops and stabilizes at age 25 – people make better decisions)

3) Alcohol is directly toxic to brain function

4) A glass of red wine at night is good for your heart…but not good for your brain (I think I’ll choose to ignore this one :-P )

5) Healthy brain = happier, healthier, wealthier, wiser, more creative and more innovative
